Responsibilities:

The ProCare Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the successful management of Stryker’s ProCare Contracts. This position involves day-to-day ProCare contract functions, and requires close interaction with the customer, service, sales, customer service, marketing, legal, finance, and senior leadership teams. Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Manage the ProCare Contracts shared email inbox, demonstrating resourcefulness and critical thinking to address inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues within specified deadlines.
  • Accurately book ProCare contracts and related amendments across Medical, Instruments, Endoscopy, and Enabling Technology business units in the ERP system.
  • Identify and address any anomalies or potential risks in contract packages, coordinating legal reviews with contract and legal teams in response to customer requests for amendments to terms and conditions.
  • Review and action open contracts awaiting signature or in negotiation and minimize number of open contracts at any point in time.
  • Manage daily product exchanges and ownership changes while providing additional contract administrative support as needed by the team.
  • Address and resolve invoicing discrepancies, CEF and other issues with customers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement renewal strategies by proactively monitoring upcoming contract and warranty expirations, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and collaborating closely with commercial teams to ensure timely renewal actions.
  • Serve as the super-administrator for the CLM system, overseeing the updating and maintenance of templates, forms, documents, master data (pricing), pre-approved alternate clauses (program inclusions), and workflows. Provide system support to users, addressing inquiries, and offering training as needed.
  • Support commercial team in generating quotes for service contracts and ensure accurate data entry into the Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM).
