Responsibilities:
This role calls for a senior Process Analyst capable of handling tasks of high complexity. You’ll have the opportunity to manage and train team members while leading projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development of Business Solutions, covering infrastructure and end-user computing.
- Delivering training in tools such as SharePoint, MS Office, and DocuSign.
- Providing feedback for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Supporting business locations across Australia.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues as part of the IT team.
- Supporting collaboration technologies like Skype and Zoom.
- Staying updated on new technologies and maintaining system protocols
