Job Description
We’re looking for a Process and Project Management Consultant whose primary focus will be to support and initiate implementation of analyses of existing business processes to identify weaknesses and potential for improvement and to contribute to the development of best practice approaches and innovative solutions in the area of process management.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Implementing strategies for process optimization, taking into account industry standards and best practices;
  • Supporting in advising managers and teams on the implementation of new processes and technologies;
  • Supporting with training and workshops to raise awareness of process optimization and promote acceptance of change;
  • Setting up process performance indicators (KPIs) and adapting strategies based on the results;
  • Supporting the development of guidelines and procedures to standardize processes;
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that process improvements support the overall goals of the organization.
