Description:

Joining our dynamic Business Finance team, you’ll lead as the Process and project manager, collaborating closely with colleagues across Corporate Finance and the wider organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in tackling diverse challenges and shaping the future of our financial & business processes. You will be part of a team of seven professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with process optimization and automation tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and change management principles.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Identify Opportunities for Automatization: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Optimization of Business Processes and Systems: Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes and systems, maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Standardization and Documentation: Establish and maintain standardized processes and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Implementation of New Standards: Implement new standards and best practices to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project and operational risks to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Change Management: Effectively manage organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
