Responsibilities:

Implementation and operation of an organizational wide Business Process Management framework with a strong focus on leveraging IT solutions
Visualization and documentation of processes in close collaboration with internal experts while ensuring common understanding and compatibility via agreed-upon conventions in overall process structures (centralized process repository)
Creation of transparency on workflows, responsibilities and interfaces utilizing IT tools
Design, coordination and execution of process optimizations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Project management, including planning and coordinating while ensuring alignment with objectives of business and technology
Implementation of solutions and management of initiatives as a Process and Project Manager in cooperation with external and internal partners
Initiation and control of countermeasures in the event of any deviations from the project plan
Supervision of further development of Process and Project Management tools and methods to manage and utilize their advancements
Leverage of technology capabilities, uncovering synergies and identifying best practices to generate value across the organization
