REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience with aviation operational process knowledge or equivalent aviation administrative experience
- Previous audit experience would be considered an asset for this role
- Demonstrated logical thinking and solid judgment skills
- Possess research and analysis skills
- Experience with data/record keeping computer programs
- Proven effective interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Must be willing and able to travel within Canada occasionally (up to one week per year)
- Proven positive attitude
- Ability to work to deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Review and/or revise audit check lists
- Conduct process audits to verify compliance with regulatory, ISO 9001, and KF Aerospace policy requirements
- Sample work orders for accuracy & completion
- Sample work orders for accuracy against the approved manuals & airworthiness requirements
- Sample the inspection findings to confirm that the inspection standards are met
- Sample workflow to ensure compliance with processes
- Sample referenced technical documentation or data to ensure they are current and applicable
- Conduct vendor audits
- Perform audits of Quality Assurance Procedures Manual (QAPM)
- Identify, initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to quality problems through designated channels
- Recommend & track audit findings
- Coordinate the revision, maintenance, and distribution of company forms and manuals
- Assist in process & standards training and coaching
- Liaise with customers to confirm technical records signing authority
- Certification authority control (ACA/SCA)
- Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Supervisor
