Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Information, Data and Business Process Leader, the Process & Automation Specialist will help define and lead out on the Zespri strategy for achieving business process excellence. This will include thought leadership as well as championing enabling technologies across Business Process Mapping, Mining and Automation as well as providing support activities across these disciplines.

The role will:

  • Work proactively and closely with cross-functional teams to increase Business Process maturity across the business, including through process ownership
  • Lead business process initiatives and the use of relevant tools and technologies, to discover, facilitate and drive business processes improvement.
  • Enable and support Process Owners to propose and set standards for global business processes across Zespri.
  • Support and contribute to Zespri’s approach to Business Process Management which are consistent with the overall goals of Zespri.
  • Provide to Zespri and its managers efficient and effective ongoing Business Process Management advice and services
  • Help drive and champion the Process Governance forums
