EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE
- Ideally, higher education in business administration, economics, IT, or similar
- Knowledge of S/4HANA, ITIL, ServiceNow, and Oracle TMS would be beneficial
WORK EXPERIENCE
- A couple years of relevant working experience with SAP SD
- Experience in cross-functional module SAP LE-TRA/Oracle Transportation module would be a considerable plus
Responsibilities:
IN ADDITION, YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE
- Leading demand & change management in the SD & LE area
- Evaluating support requests as a 2nd level support member to decide about changes and projects
- Presenting solutions of business analysis & functional specifications
- Giving trainings and improving knowhow of our users & key users
