As a process consultant senior or lead within the Agency Compliance and Enablement (ACE) team, you’ll collaborate with subject-matter experts and business partners to modify existing and build new lean processes. You’ll initiate, design, lead, execute, and ensure seamless adoption of improvements to new and existing processes and customer experiences. Additionally, you’ll work on the Agent Lifecycle Modernization (ALM) project. In which we will deliver new systems and processes to our organization including a wide variety of special request projects that will leverage your project management skills.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to our Cleveland office for a meeting and/or training.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
- {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience with end-to-end process design and implementation along with project management including gathering requirements, identifying scope and deliverables, managing timelines, and driving projects to completion
- Prior experience with BlueWorks Live and/or Mural for process mapping and documentation
- Proven big-picture thinking and ability to recognize opportunities for change while balancing them against cost/impact
- Strong project management, organizational, and LEAN/Agile skills
