We are seeking a Process Development Engineer with a positive can-do attitude and a relentless drive for results to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing customer sample processing, and related ALD process development and reporting, to support our sales efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in process development, preferably in the ALD industry or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ALD principles, deposition techniques, and equipment operation.
• Positive attitude, with a can-do mindset and a passion for delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using ALD technology.
• Conduct in-depth process development and optimization activities to demonstrate the value of our ALD tools and services.
• Design and execute experiments to validate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize parameters for optimal film results.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the development process, including ALD chemistries and process parameters, as well as training on tool operation and best practices.
• Work closely with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and drive continuous improvement of our products and ALD process related services.
