QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering fields, Physics or Materials Science; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
- 1 – 3 professional experience years preferred
- Professional-Level English language
- Availability to travel abroad (approximately 20-30% of the time) for contacts, discussions with internal and external customers
- Good team-player, ability to build relationships, self-motivated with strong organizing skills

Responsibilities:
- Development of new processes for innovative products
- Preparation of process documentation for Technical Proposals
- Improvement and development of proprietary process Technologies
- Writing protocols, tests sheet and qualification-validation reports
- Performing / overseeing the qualification/validation tests
- Identifying issues, providing solutions and tests corrections
- Participating in technical visit and audit
