Process Engineer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Electrical / Electronic Eng Or Mechanical Eng
• Good English skills (comprehension, written & spoken)
• 5+ years of Process and SMT experience
• Strong knowledge of Solder Paste Printing and Solder Reflow Processes
• Solid experience and knowledge of SMT Equipment, AOI, Reflow ovens etc.
• Assembly line set up experience
• Proficient in the use of Test, Electrical and Electronics Measurement equipment
• Ability to analyze and interpret information from Gerbers, Schematics, BOMs, and drawings
• Ability to draw up and understand work flow instructions and work with a team to implement proposal
• Quality conscious, well organized, and reliable
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Must demonstrate ability to work safely and in an organized manner

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:

• Ability to execute corrective and preventive actions using the established methodologies and procedures
• Root cause analysis and corrective action
• Ability to establish and manage preventive and corrective maintenance program
• Ability to train operators on various speciality processes
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610 standards, ESD and WHMIS
