Process Engineer (Chemical Industry)

• Ensure production safety requirements are implemented and followed accordingly.
• Assist in the development and upgrading of Quality Management System.
• Assist and contribute in Production / Engineering / Warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to Identification of production / engineering root cause, implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Identifying process capabilities, develop, optimize and implement new technology to improve throughput.
• Manage sub-contractors in engaging their services and ensure safety rules are enforced during their course of work within company premise.
• Prepare or execute technical studies and process validation assessments, protocols, and reports.
• Participate in Process Safety Assessments.
• Assist in technology transfer and implementation of new equipment and technologies.
• Assist in execution of training program, setting up of documentation and procedural control for current and new equipment.
• Assist in the implementation and function of continuous improvement program.
• Assist in develop maintenance plan for all process-related equipment and oversee that the plan is executed effectively.Any Ad-hoc work assigned by the manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma with 2years’ process experience in Chemical Manufacturing.Preferable 1-2yrs of facility and equipment maintenance experience is a plus point.
