REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement new technologies to optimize manufacturing throughput.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct technical studies and process validations.
  • Uphold safety standards and participate in Process Safety Assessments.
  • Contribute to Quality Management System development.
  • Support production, engineering, and warehouse improvement initiatives.
  • Identify root causes, implement corrective measures, and assist in technology transfers.
  • Facilitate training programs and documentation control for new equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance planning.
