Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Offer daily assistance and address inquiries on the shop floor.
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement to elevate product quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify process non-conformances and establish corrective and preventive measures.
  • Assist in the design, modification, and procurement of fixtures to meet production needs.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and processes.
  • Coordinate with contractors for the execution of maintenance plans.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting process equipment breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with contractors to facilitate equipment recovery.
  • Execute strategies to enhance the reliability and availability of process equipment.
  • Install new equipment or modify existing setups to improve capabilities.
  • Create and maintain essential shop documents to ensure compliance with specification revisions.
  • Conduct Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) risk assessments for equipment and processes.
  • Establish new specification capabilities for existing special processes.
  • Implement new capabilities to drive process improvement.
  • Review special process requirements for new product part numbers.
  • Conduct training sessions on special processes for technicians.Track, monitor, and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Policy Deployment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing process improvement is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Effective coordination and collaboration skills with contractors.
  • Excellent documentation and communication capabilities.Proficiency in conducting training sessions.
