QUALIFICATIONS

• Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3 years preferable with background in polymer and elastomer processing and / or automation technology processes.
• Experience in the field of assembly processes, APQP process (PFMEA), manufacturing processes, etc.
• Advance English.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to travel.

• Process development of rubber vulcanization tools and assembly processes,
• Participation in tool and assembly equipment regional and global meetings.
• Creation of required documentation and working documents.
• Project tracking of tooling / equipment through program management process.
• Develop process maps for project quoting.
• Support of series production regarding process related questions in order to reach quality and production targets - hands-on to resolve issues.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Training of employees (local, regional, global, if necessary).
