Description:

12 MONTH CONTRACT

We are partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Cork, dedicated to developing innovative therapies for patients with rare diseases. They are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their team on a 12-month contract.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
  • 7 + years’ experience as Process Engineer in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industries.
  • Prior experience in a process engineering role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Clean Utility Systems, Process Systems, and DeltaV Technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the pharmaceutical

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage multiple core projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.
  • Coordination and Time Management: Efficiently coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution, manage resources effectively, and meet project deadlines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency enhancements within Clean Utility Systems, process systems, and DeltaV Technologies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all project activities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead and close process related deviations and reports.
