Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshooting and solving process problems.
- Optimizing existing machine throughput.
- Supporting and designing set-up parameters.
- Successfully introducing and supporting the use of new products into production.
- Supporting and facilitating facility and manufacturing safety, environmental and ergonomics efforts.
- Assisting and designing changes to the product or process to increase productivity and improve product quality.
- Creating standard work instructions.
- Providing technical leadership with hands on approach to manufacturing process.
- Facilitating implementation, integration, and acceptance of process controls.
- Designing new products/processes and next generation equipment.
- Leading Continuous Improvement teams for project completion.
