KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting and solving process problems.
• Optimizing existing machine throughput.
• Supporting and designing set-up parameters.
• Successfully introducing and supporting the use of new products into production.
• Supporting and facilitating facility and manufacturing safety, environmental and ergonomics efforts.
• Assisting and designing changes to the product or process to increase productivity and improve product quality.
• Creating standard work instructions.
• Providing technical leadership with hands on approach to manufacturing process.
• Facilitating implementation, integration, and acceptance of process controls.
• Designing new products/processes and next generation equipment.
• Leading Continuous Improvement teams for project completion.

Located in our Salem office, as a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification!

• You’ll be working to assess processes by taking measurements and interpreting data.
