Process Engineer

Greystone, a global leader in the production of precision machined and plated components, is seeking a Process Engineer with a Chemical Engineering background. This role is pivotal in driving innovation across automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. As a Process Engineer at Greystone, you will be at the forefront of our operations, developing and enhancing plating processes, and collaborating with various departments to elevate the effectiveness of our production processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry Engineering.
• 5 – 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably with a focus on plating.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding organization and communication skills.

• Develop and enhance plating processes for our Virginia operations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Sales, and other functions to introduce new production processes.
• Lead project teams to complete assignments within budget and on time.
• Build relationships with Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales, and customers to expedite orders.
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring they are completed within the required timelines.
• Read, interpret, and generate operational reports, schedules, and other documents to drive efficiency.
• Embrace additional duties as required.
