Responsibilities:
- Technical support for operations, and process development.
- Assist in design, construction, and commissioning of new process and utility equipment.
- Develop understanding of process conditions window to determine and control product properties.
- Work with the R&D team to develop solutions to problems and improving production throughput, cost, product quality and process safety.
- Collect and evaluate data in order to understand process conditions and awareness for scale up to manufacturing scale operations.
- Collaborate with Operations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement as well as development of standard operating procedure.
- Support and track shutdown activities to maintain schedule, identifying risks to schedule slip and implementing mitigations.
- Role will include 20% travel to support growing production footprint.
