We are now looking for another team member to join us in Production department as Process Engineer.

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS – THIS IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE:

• Fully aware of Health and Safety policies and procedures, Local laws, regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others
• Awareness of different ISO Standards

• Identify and facilitate process improvement projects
• Carry out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility
• Facilitate training/ workshops to drive cultural change
• Identify process bottlenecks through time studies and other methods
• Perform technical analyses of manufacturing and process data
• Apply analysis results to improve processes and meet customer expectations
• Identify recommendations to enhance manufacturing capabilities through new ideas and/or methods
• Participate in projects and/or assist project sub-teams involved in process and product optimization, innovation, cost reduction, or other related business activities
• Under the supervision of the Plant Manager execute projects to fulfil department goals and objectives in the areas of cost reduction, productivity gains, process flow, capacity increases, scrap reduction and process and product enhancements
• Maintain process set points and control for production process
• Participate in activities with other Process Engineers and Corporate functions
• Review all new product requests and approve them based on plant capabilities
• Plan and execute new trials in efficient manner to enhance cost reduction, productivity gains, process flow, capacity increases, scrap reduction and process and product enhancements
