Description:
PROCESS ENGINEER
Wardell Armstrong LLP is a successful multi-disciplinary consultancy with 13 offices throughout the UK employing approximately 500 staff. We are looking to employ a Process Engineer at a Senior level to join the expanding Bristol team to work on both waste management and wastewater treatment projects, as well as the potential to support our wider teams, to include Energy and Climate Change.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will be a Process Engineer, typically with a chemical engineering related qualification or similar, and have experience of working in waste management, the water industry or another process related industry. Experience of leading process engineering commissions from feasibility to commissioning is desirable and experience of Project Management would be an advantage. Competency in process engineering design and the technical review of various waste treatment solutions is required along with the ability to contribute to technical specifications and document drafting..
Responsibilities:
If appointed, you would join our successful Waste and Resources Team and be involved in the Team’s wide range of projects including a number of major headline-grabbing projects developing regional waste infrastructure and advanced technological solutions to resource management. The successful candidate will report to an experienced Chartered Chemical Engineer and will work alongside other engineering and technical disciplines. Being part of our Waste and Resources Team and working alongside our Energy and Climate Change Team gives the opportunity to experience one-stop-shop delivery to customers and to be involved on projects from first concept through to full operation.
