• Highly motivated, critical thinker with a passion for learning and affecting change
• A strong desire for continuous learning and a willingness to experiment and try new things
• Ability to work in a multi-functional team and eagerness to implement change
• Strong lean manufacturing background and experience
• High School Diploma Required and 2+ years Experience in Data Analytics. Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred with exposure to data analytics for data-driven decision-making
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for crafting and presenting compelling reports and presentations
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Power BI) and SQL databases
