Required Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx
  • Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Minitab
  • Facilitation skills such as Helix
  • Change Management skills such as Prosci/ADKAR
  • Knowledge and understanding of Rapid Process Automation software such as Blue Prism
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Relational database experience
  • Support others in the facilitation of decision-making and brokering agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
  • Financial services industry experience

  • Ability to gather business requirements and create technical solutions
  • Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile
  • Familiarity with Prosci’s ADKAR or other change management methodology

  • Ability to present complex concepts to senior management

In this role, you will:

  • Support process design or improvement initiatives
  • Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
  • Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
  • Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities
  • Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration
  • Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Job Expectations:

  • WF Enterprise Process Engineering Advanced learning level or LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt must be documented as completed within 1 year of job start date
