The Process Excellence (PX) Chapter Lead is critical to making this happen. This role is a driver behind the ANZ Bank process management strategy, a key member of the Process Excellence Centre of Excellence and is responsible for bringing together deep process expertise and developing process capability across the business. The Chapter Lead ensures process lifecycle and management is delivered consistently, and will be responsible for overseeing and leading higher end process work.
Additional key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
Effectively leading a team of Process specialists responsible for QA process documentation, supporting Process Excellence assignments, process mapping, process baselining and other process support
Manage supply of capability and capacity for specialist process resources, directly from the Chapter but also through other channels such as our overseas ANZ Group Capability Centre and third parties
Work along other key stakeholders across the CoE to ensure prioritization and capacity to deliver commitments and ensure PX Leads are well supported with specialist capability to deliver assignments
Managing process support (incl process data) requirements to enable process assignments, data mining/process intelligence
Work collaboratively with PX Governance and PX Product Lead to ensure compliance, adoption and training of ANZ Process standards, frameworks and Signavio.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Deep expertise in process models, tools and frameworks, including BPMN, APQC and Signavio
Proven experience leading, engaging and enabling a team of specialists, managing capacity, capability and resourcing
Proven stakeholder management and experience building meaningful relationships across a business, influencing senior leads and engaging wide audiences
Demonstrated ongoing commitment to continuous improvement of processes to optimise business performance whilst ensuring an integrated outcome within and across teams
Detailed knowledge of process analytics and experience in facilitating process design and optimisation
Superior analytical skills and an ability to analyse difficult problems and work on tasks with high complexities
