JOB SUMMARY

The Process & Implementation consultant will play a central role in ensuring delivery of the Infinity Health Task Management solution, working with multiple stakeholders within Liaison NHS clients to digitise tasks in a clinical setting.
In addition to providing training, risk management and issue resolution for several clients within the programme, you will also be responsible for the technical implementation of the solution; this will include understanding and mapping out the organisations current processes and working with the technical team to build, configure and digitise client processes through the Infinity Health software

EXPERIENCE

Due to the anticipated pace of growth, it is essential that the candidate is flexible and creative; to ensure we maintain service to our clients whilst handing the challenges of a fast paced and diverse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Scoping and project planning
  • Understanding the clients’ requirements
  • Providing training to clients during implementation and ongoing
  • Providing best practice advice
  • Configuration
  • Data integration (With patient administration and communication systems)
  • Holding client facing meetings on occasion
  • Assessing and processing data, ensuring internal governance processes are applied.
  • Working with colleges and clients to specific and design HR Intelligence system requirements and reports
  • Quality control of new features and configuration updates to the system
  • Coordinating with the technical team for new client implementations, such as data mapping, requirement clarifications and new feature requests.
