Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Process Improvement Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing process improvements within WWG. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will analyse existing processes, gather requirements, design solutions, and support process changes. Additionally, you will work alongside the process improvement lead architect to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve service quality, increase customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement and use process mapping and modelling techniques to visualise and understand workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, management, and clients, to gather detailed requirements for process improvements facilitating workshops, interviews, and surveys to collect necessary information
- Develop proposals for process improvements based on analysis and stakeholder input
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts and documentation to illustrate new processes and work with technology & digital and other departments to design and implement technology solutions that support process improvements
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements, ensuring changes are integrated smoothly to existing workflows providing training and support to employees on new processes and systems
- Prepare communication materials and training programs to support change initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of current and improved processes, including workflows, procedures and policies ensuring documentation is accessible and up to date for all relevant stakeholders
