Description:
Our partner, a globally successful organisation, is looking for a Process Mining Specialist (m/f/d) to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge enterprise management system solutions, utilizing automation and data-driven insights to support business operations. This is a full-time permanent position onsite in Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (Hybrid). We also provide relocation and visa support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Business Analytics
- Experience in implementing Process Mining software
- Must have experience in Celonis, Python and SQL/PQL
- Understanding of process flows in IT systems and knowledge of ERP data structures
- Strong background in ETL process implementation, data modelling, data pipelines & collection
- Fluency in English (C2)
Responsibilities:
- Project Execution and Partnership: Take the lead in executing innovative Celonis projects, working closely with our process experts and steering external partners towards successful outcomes
- Collaborative Data Analysis: Work closely with international departments, IT system experts, and CoE BPM colleagues to create meaningful dashboards and analyses that provide valuable insights
- Cutting-Edge EMS Solutions: Develop and implement state-of-the-art EMS solutions, incorporating automation (ActionFlows) to support end-users in their daily tasks
- Data Modeling and Validation: Create data models and provide support in data validation processes, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis
- Enterprise-wide KPI Development: Drive the development of enterprise-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that enable fact-based decision-making at various levels of the organization
