EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Strategic thinkers
- BS, BA in Business Administration, or in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree 6 additional years of work experience will be considered
- Minimum 6+ years of industry experience across multiple process areas and 3+ years of sub-process experience
- Preferably having been active in a people management role related to Value Added Services
- Excellent understanding of sub-process “end to end” processes
- Deep and broad experience across all sub-processes within the process area, to consider upstream and downstream impacts and implications
- Leader that collaborates effectively across all OPENLANE divisions and regions, has strong influence skills and can build consensus and drive change
- Able to lead and motivate global cross-functional teams
- Exhibits acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement a Global Template solution.

Responsibilities:
- Own a defined portion of the end-to-end (E2E) business process which supports the E2E delivery of a cross functional solution.
- Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders and BPO’s to understand as-is processes, drive acceptance of the current global template; and capture business requirements for any enhancement needs.
- Work with OPENLANE divisions, functions, and geographies for the assigned process area with a goal of advancing to-be business processes that are based on global technical solutions, with a bias toward standard functionality
- Responsible for the achievement of process goals, objectives, and deliverables; specifically, for the timely completion of project activities within their business process area
- Ensure solution meets business requirements
- Works closely with the business technology team and provides input into the configuration of the system
- Where appropriate, partner with the change management team to craft a strategy for end user change management, including delivering to users and measuring success
- Work with leadership team to influence organizational change, provide thought leadership for bringing in process consistency across global operations
