The starting wage for this position is $23.17/hour with a $2/hour night shift differential.

We are looking for Process Technicians to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Process Technician, you’ll be assisting through the entire manufacturing process by operating production equipment and controlling line processes. This role is key member of our Operations team.
Day and night shift opportunities available. Night shift employees receive $2/hour shift differential pay.

We are looking for Process Technicians to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Process Technician, you’ll be assisting through the entire manufacturing process by operating production equipment and controlling line processes. This role is key member of our Operations team.

EXPERIENCE

No experience required for this role, but if you’ve worked as a technician, laborer, machinist, material handler, machine operator or operated production equipment, forklifts and hand tools, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Put safety first - always.
  • Work as a team to drive our “people first” culture.
  • Control production line processes by monitoring operations, troubleshooting production issues and making adjustments when necessary.
  • Perform quality control checks.
  • Be (or become) certified to drive a forklift or fork truck.
  • Operate production machinery.
  • Deliver raw materials to the production lines.
  • Package finished product and transport it to finished goods yard.
  • Keep a clean, safe work area.
  • Work safely and efficiently – especially when operating equipment.
  • Other duties assigned by your supervisor or manager.
