Coast Mountain Cannabis, located in Pemberton BC, is looking for a Processing Manager to join our 37 person team in providing the legal Cannabis market with the highest quality premium organic cannabis.
Our ideal candidate is familiar with the techniques and craft of curing, trimming, and bulk packaging cannabis.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Experience with software applications such as Excel, Word, Acrobat, Outlook, and Inventory / Customer Management Software(s) *Staff Management experience with scheduling and demand planning is required *1-2 years experience with quality management in curing, trimming, and packaging is required *1-2 years’ experience within the legal cannabis industry is an asset *Horticulture or Farming experience is considered an asset *HVAC experience is considered an asset *Security Clearance is considered an asset

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $32.00 - $36.00/hour.

*Updating and refining workflows and training documents *Hiring, training, scheduling, and directing staff for the processing department *Monitoring and assume responsibility for product quality; ensure maximum quality, cost efficiency, and quality standards through all stages of the Processing Department *Ensuring equipment, environment, and security features are in proper working condition prior to working with Cannabis. *Calibrating and accurate use of “bench scales” and “legal for trade precision balances” *Maintaining personal, team, and workspace sanitation which follow Health Canada Guidelines and ensuring Quality Assurance for all cannabis related activities *Document management, record sign off, and Lot weight entries (AirMed) *Inventory and labeling management of product as it flows between the processing stages *Ensuring quality and accuracy by monitoring product and staff throughout all stages of the department *Change Control submissions where improvements are required in Record Forms and Standard Operating Procedures *Deviation and Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) Reports when required *Maintaining the ongoing training of employees as procedures are changed or updated
