Procopio is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of experience ideally in transactional real estate and development. The ideal candidate will have exposure in a range of residential and commercial real estate matters with Experience in suburban and urban commercial and residential real estate development. Experience in common interest developments is helpful. Top candidates will have excellent drafting and research skills and excellent attention to detail. Associates on the team thrive when they are both client and team centric as well as being self-starters and adaptable. Preferred location for this position is our Silicon Valley office. This position requires California bar admission and excellent academic credentials.
This is a perfect opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join an AmLaw 200 Firm providing substantial client contact and practice development opportunities while working in a team-oriented environment with access to legal professionals in all areas of practice to grow and hone the candidate’s skills. Typical salary range is from $165,000 to $210,000 base depending on experience, plus significant bonus opportunities for attorneys of all levels.
