Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of Procure to Pay Systems & Interfaces and delivering process improvements within the end to end Supply Chain process (e.g. Accounts Payable, Master Data, Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide leadership and oversight in the following areas:
- Monitoring the health of National Grid’s ERP system as it relates to Procure to Pay
- Extracting data and analyzing information from multiple systems to support and optimize departmental goals, operational improvements and streamline processes
- Work with the management team to support the development and implementation of the Supply Chain Process.
- Assist in supporting projects to increase digital transactions, enhance usability, improve compliance and create efficiencies across the Source to Pay process
- Organize and facilitate workshops to define issues and develop solutions.
- Maintain controls and monitor data to detect data quality issues as it relates to the Procure to Pay processes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the stakeholders in order to share best practice and translate business needs to provide technical advice and build bases of influence.
