Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Senior Analyst with German in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your thoroughness expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Mihaela Rosu (Procure to Pay Operations Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside friendly, supportive, smart teammates.
You’ll discover a complex business with complex accounting procedures and processes, where you can continuously learn and develop and create value add to our deliverables and tasks.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering periodic AP activities, resolving daily AP complex exceptions and coordinate performance of Service Delivery teams (i.e. Focus teams) or be assigned to initiate improvement initiatives (e.g. process standardization, alignment & simplification).

• Degree or passion in Accounting or Economic field;
• 3 years of experience in an Accounting department of which at least 2 years in Accounts Payable;
• Familiarity with SAP ERP system;
• Intermediate skills in excel, power-point;
• Team playing skills;
• Time management and prioritization;
• Influencing skills;
• Conflict management;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Solid understanding of accounting.
• Good German and English skills in writing, speaking and listening
