Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Ford Agency is working with a financial regulatory organization to find an Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in procurement, sourcing, and analyzing bids. This is a fast-paced role and the successful candidate will need to think independently but not be afraid to ask questions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist Procurement/Sourcing Team with general day-to-day activities including gathering and tracking data, undertaking market research, requesting quotes, and providing administrative assistance to the wider team
- Respond to and clarify questions from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist internal teams with preparing for staff meetings and other events
Qualifications Include:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within sourcing or procurement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of CRMs
