Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Typically 1 - 2 years’ administration experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with confidentiality and discretion.
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- A flexible approach to working with good interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience of using Dynamics AX or other finance/accounting system.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Good customer service experience with the ability to deal with challenging customers.
- Experience in the use of MS Office suite
Responsibilities:
The Commercial Management team is pivotal to ensuring key resource needs are met for key projects and business activities across EirGrid Group.
The Procurement Administrator will support the Procurement team by acting as a first point of contact for business queries in relation to the use of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the correct details and documentation are entered into the system and will work with the business to support improvements in the area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking for exposure into the procurement and commercial element of a growing business.
