Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Analyst, your operational excellence will be critical to Docusign’s growth and success. You will support the organization by delivering a wide array of procurement and buying activities. Your job responsibilities will require coordination with internal partners and suppliers, keen decision making and prioritization skills, painstaking attention to detail, and consistent follow-up. This Procurement team member plays a crucial role in onboarding new suppliers, driving and optimizing procure-to-pay activities, and monitoring supplier invoicing and spend. You may also engage in bidding and negotiations for certain goods and services of low to medium complexity on behalf of the business areas you support.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Procurement Operations Supervisor.
