KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and Power BI.
  • Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and identify, communicate, and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Accurate analytics in contract/procurement data management, preferably in a fast-paced or rapidly changing organisation.
  • Previous experience within the healthcare sector is desirable
  • Project management experience is desirable

QUALIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS

  • Qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Lean, or an analytical discipline such as Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or Statistics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months may be asked of you

Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement activities, including category analysis, cost modelling, compliance, tenders, and contract management, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analyse, track, and report on current and pipeline activities and benefit realisation.
  • Monitor supplier performance against contracted KPIs and SLAs.
  • Prepare and present daily and month-end reports to stakeholders across the business.
  • Develop and maintain a Power BI dashboard for Procurement.
