QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher education or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and experience related to the accountability and tasks.
• Good knowledge of English, oral and written.
• Good cultural understanding.

• Supports the SVP Procurement in controlling and managing budget of procurement function.
• Monitors costs of projects and verifies the alignment with the defined budget to guarantee the saving declared in the Industrial Plan.
• Being the Project Manager of Procurement excellence program:
• Support SVP in Procurement Excellence Project execution (already, ongoing), accelerating the value capture and boosting savings
• Selectively identifying potential additional cost-saving initiatives, through a set of dedicated activities (e.g., should cost, Design to Value, etc.)
• Monitoring the initiative implementation, with a strong focus on development of capability building activities (new tools, new techniques, …)
• Deliver cross-BU initiative with Fincantieri Procurement Excellence Groups.
