The role
Reporting to the Procurement Area Team Lead this role has a continuous improvement lens across the entire Procurement function. This broadly includes relationship and performance management of Procurement Systems including Basware, Lease Eagle, SAP Concur and EFTSure.
Specific examples are SAP User access roles and related systems maintenance; automated accounts payable and scan/capture systems (Basware); SAP and Basware enhancement testing and related training.

Role also manages core systems vendors for defects, fault resolution and continuous improvement (SAP, Basware, EFTSure, etc) so that the procurement team can continue to operate in the automated and exception management work environment. The role will also support the onboarding and expanded use of current systems, specifically EDI for VCE, for further automation and process efficiency as we look to scale for growth without increasing our cost of doing business.

  • This role will see you working across the entire enterprise in a project delivery role defining SAP User Profiles. Preparing and distributing annual report of user access and role allocation
  • Designing new SAP Roles / modifying SAP roles in line with business requirements
  • Performing User acceptance testing (UAT) over new roles, or role changes
  • Identifying and documenting SOD Risks
  • Preventing SOD Risks within new SAP Roles or changes in SAP Roles
  • Registering SOD Risks that cannot be prevented in SAP Roles
  • Identifying Compensating Controls for SOD risks that cannot be prevented.

What’s in your toolkit

  • Extensive experience in technical ERP systems with a bonus being any of the above systems
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience with dealing with projects from end to end
  • Change management experience
