REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lead and manage teammates from diverse background towards a common goal, interact and source opportunities with all employees & guests.
• Able to resolve/neg. conflict resolutions & to interpret, with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic/schedule form.
• Proficient in using the latest in Warehouse management tools, systems & processes.
• Fluent in written, verbal & spoken English & Mandarin
  Minimum 12 months as an assistant/supervisor in a mid-size operatio
