The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide good inventory planning to ensure high availability to purchase (ATP), an essential trait of a good E-commerce enabler
• Responsible for weekly submission of purchase orders and scheduling of deliveries
• Forecast and adjust weekly replenishment quantity to meet business demands
• Manage and reconcile all supplier-warehouse disputes
• Understand internal data structure and data sources to assist in data pulling to facilitate data analysis needed to improve workflow and make informed decision
• Process purchase order payments and consignment HRIS payments in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in operational role or inventory planning
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
• Good time management with the ability to work independently
• Meticulous and has an eye for details
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must
• Excellent command of English, and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage
