Description:
The Procurement Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Unilabs’ procurement operations by providing data analysis, insights, and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, data analysis techniques, and business intelligence tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with the procurement team to optimize procurement strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor supplier performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in procurement, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track procurement performance and provide actionable insights.
- Procurement Strategy Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives to drive cost savings, improve supplier relationships, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against established KPIs and SLAs.
- Identify and address issues or gaps in supplier performance, working closely with the procurement team to drive improvements.
- Process Improvements:
- Identify opportunities for streamlining procurement processes and improving efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and standardization initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and operations, to support their data and reporting needs.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support decision-making and enable data-driven insights.
