ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate IV qualification (or higher) in purchasing, procurement, tendering, contracts, or similar related qualification, or willing to work towards, and has a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in compliance, audit, or reporting role, ideally within a procurement, purchasing or related field.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- In-depth understanding of public sector governance, legislative compliance, and procurement policies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure adherence within the Procurement and Contracts team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, as well as standard computer software applications including Microsoft suite and financial management systems.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance requirements in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proven ability to develop and implement compliance monitoring programs and reports, and to identify and address any areas of non-compliance providing insights and recommendations as needed.
