We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team!
POSITION SUMMARY
The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to all members of the procurement team. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, the incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the procurement process.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong computer background including experience with MS Office
- Previous experience in business administration or supply chain preferred
- Knowledge of construction techniques & sequences preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills, actively contributing to collaborative efforts within the team
- Strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Master Trades List
- Manage and maintain Trades’ prequalification (New Trades)
- Manage and maintain Trades’ prequalification (Renewals)
- Assign the profile in TradeTapp to reviewers from applicable departments: procurement, finance & SHEQ
- Coordinate the organization and issuance of tender packages through the procore online project management platform
- Provide assistance to the Procurement Manager for tender follow-ups and bid openings
