REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Polymer Science, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of resin brands, grades, manufacturers, and distribution channels.
• Preferably familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485, and TS 16949 Quality Management Systems.
• Proven experience in supplier management, including system audits, quality control, and contract negotiations.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP MM is a plus.
• Results-oriented, independent, and self-motivated with initiative and drive.
• Strong leadership skills, market focus, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Primary Duty is to Focus on sourcing resin used for injection molding processes.
• Assist in sourcing buyout components, materials, subcontract processes, and production indirect materials.
• Collaborate with Business Development, R&D, and factory teams to ensure effective project sourcing.
• Conduct thorough supplier selection evaluations and provide recommendations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable commercial and contractual terms, maximizing benefits for the company.
• Implement cost reduction strategies in purchasing.
• Promote continuous improvement among suppliers in quality, service, delivery, cost, and adherence to quality system requirements.
• Any other duties as and when assigned
