WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re searching for a procurement whiz! You will be an expert in eSourcing tools and workflows, with a knack for streamlining processes. You must possess a high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including an ability to present views credibly, thoughtfully and persuasively.

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting procurement systems, policies, and processes, including eSourcing tools, query management and procurement workflows.
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and policies related to procurement within a University context is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing optimisation and automation of operational processes and workflows.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn’t have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Procurement’s governance and systems, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Develop and execute Procurement’s Process and Governance strategy.
  • Be the subject matter expert for procurement systems & processes, providing training and support.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and optimizing key processes, fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
