BASIC QUALIFICATION:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • An active SECRET or the ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 - 7 years, master’s degree with 3 - 5 years, or PhD with 0 - 2 years; four (4) years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to do what is needed to achieve learning goals.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the organization. Target Salary Range

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates and follows up with production, warehouse, and engineering personnel to ensure appropriate procurement, scheduling, and movement of materials and services. Maintains detailed records of goods and services ordered and received. Locates vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and consults with them to determine product availability and terms of sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that all equipment (e.g., desktops/laptops, desk phones, printers, scanner, fax, copier) and associated software are available in all locations.
  • Inventory equipment before shipping to its ultimate destination.
  • Inventory equipment, as needed.
  • Coordinate with the organization’s Asset Management team to ensure all equipment is captured in the Asset Refresh Plan.
  • Use expert knowledge and experience to maintain an optimal level of equipment readiness
  • Update inventory systems.
  • Prepare and deliver inventory-related reports, as needed.
  • Analyze the status of inventory based on outcome of events.
