Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have several years of procurement experience, including being part of culturally diverse and global teams
- You have experience with category management, including guiding cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and tasks of high complexity
- You have a good theoretical background within Procurement, Finance or Supply chain
- You are a strong negotiator who lives for delivering the expected savings, solutions and do not take no for an answer
- You are a category leader who sets visions for where you want to take the area as well as the business, and who can create strategies to achieve and implement these visions
- Background in an Indirect Procurement organization will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the Real Estate and Facility Management category and secure the development of the right solutions globally
- Develop and implement global RE/FM strategy in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders globally and regionally, focusing on capturing the full value potential of our global agreements.
- Develop and install cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, as well as create an effective category structure across all the relevant areas
- Be a key member of the Global IT and Business Service Procurement team. Represent the procurement team and act as an ambassador towards internal and external Stakeholders and lead global negotiations
- Set direction and plan execution across the category
- Ensure that Vestas gets the maximum value and savings out of supplier cooperation and at the same time be an active player in developing world-class solutions for Vestas together with our internal and external stakeholders
