THE ROLE

Reporting to the GM Supply Chain your responsibilities will include;

• You will support the development, deployment and management of procurement strategies across indirect spend
• You will deliver sustained value and competitive advantage for the business by working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers globally
• Leading the design and implementation of sourcing strategies, you will deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements across the the Australian operations
• You will develop governance and process and work with key business leaders to ensure cost savings, reduction in risk and increase in quality

In order to be successful in this role you will be;

• You will have a minimum of 5 years in a mature procurement function where you have developed medium and long term strategy
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Experience looking after diverse In-Direct categories is essential.
• You will have exposure to working in a dynamic environment with internal stakeholders who have conflicting priorities
• Well developed compliance and regulation experience with the ability to create and manage supplier contracts
• A desire to continuously review and improve current processe
